Job Description

1. Make and send reports to customers – Process and collect data related to the Online exams to make reports in accordance with the sample forms; – Process data and form reports for Challenge projects; – Manage data and reporting system on Challenge software.

2. Support returning test results to customers – Receive, process and return the test results of candidates with invalid identification card; – Store and handle the test results of candidates with invalid identification card; – Send certificates to customers.

3. Other tasks – Participate in building and managing the general data system & reporting system for the department; – Participate in running trials & testing process and researching on new software systems for the department.

4. Participate in test organization activities – Participate in the test organization activities according to the assigned tasks.
